GIN TASTING AND DISTILLERY
Our gin and wine tour starts with a distillery tour and then a tasting at a boutique distillery in Kent. Norm and Andy left their drug making desks at a pharmaceuticals company to use their chemistry backgrounds in a whole new way - gin distilling. You'll learn more about their story while discussing the process of making gin.
TEAM BUILDING
Gin has been a part of London culture since the boom in the 18th century and it also survived the fall during the 20th century. Now everyone seems to love gin (again) and its very much back in favour.
We will taste 6 gins made by the producer and your guests will have a chance to taste and discuss the botanticals and flavours they can pick out. Its a bit of fun trying to pick out juniper, citrus, or the secret ingredients in their gin.
TRADITIONAL COUNTRY PUB LUNCH
This tour includes a traditional country pub lunch with all the typical English fayre. Our food partners deliver exceptional food with local produce which aligns well with our ethos of farm to fork.
After the gin distillery tasting, you will need something hearty so nothing works better than some fish and chips, bangers and mash, or a gourmet British beef burger.
THE VINEYARD
In the afternoon the tour will visit a vineyard to learn about viticulture and wine-making. You will visit a small producer and get a more personal touch from the owner.
You will have a guided tasting of 5 wines of both sparking and still wines. You will have a chance to sit back and puchase wine for consumption at the vineyard, soak up the sun and explore the vineyard with your group.
